Remove old oven, install new oven

I have an old freestanding oven I want removed and a new underbench oven I want installed. New oven is a Samsung BT620FQST. It has no cord/wires coming out of the back. Some details from it's manual in pics below. Old oven is hardwired (see pics). House has old fuse box and fuses (see pics). We are wanting to eventually add a hob too but we are not up to that point yet as we're going to do a bit of kitchen reno first, we're just getting the oven installed now so we have something to use as the existing oven stopped working the other day
