Freezer repaif

Has water coming from in behing the fan in the freezer its frost free but gets a block of iice inbehind the fan part in freezer wanting to know the cost to fix it. and behind where my finger is pointing is a block of ice. The fan is going. And where I pointed as usually iced up the fan is working
