Natalie - dish drawer drain hose install

Hi I need the drain hose replaced in the bottom drawer of a set of dishdrawers (already have the hose). There's also a nick in the top drawer hose pipe taking water in that needs repaired. Needs done this week please. DD60DCX9 model
