bottom element in the oven doesn't work - Delonghi

I have big Delonghi Freestanding Oven With Gas Cooktop, sorry, couldn't find model number, photo attached is from internet. Have a problem with that - bottom element in the oven doesn't work, probably need to replace it. I'm a tenant, don't know the prices for that and I need a quota for this job for my landlord. Please advise the date when you can come as we would like to get this fixed as soon as possible.
