My ratings should be self-explanatory - very slow to communicate, forgetful, etc. Thanks for providing the public with my work details, perhaps you should have mentioned the tragic event my family has just suffered hence a SLIGHT delay in payment. I gave you two jobs to do - that's it, never added to it but did ask several times for an invoice which you took so long to provide. AND you wanted to avoid Builderscrack as you claim you often do. Not a great job done, would not recommend.
