Samsung top loader faulty valve

My Samsung washing machine is letting out water at the same time while new water is going into the machine for a wash. The machine gives a code "4E". I understand we are in level 4 at the moment. Please advise the soonest you can come and have a look/ fix the problem, and cost etc...kind regards
