F&P Pepper stove with solid elements (not coil). Large front element isn’t regulating & goes straight to high. Have had same problem before & simmerstat was replaced to fix the issue. Please send through price to repair, property is in Porirua.

Tenant informed me the electrician was there for 20mins to change the simmerstat on the oven, & it is now regulating temperature & working as it should.
