"I dealt with Sam's partner, when I calling to assess problem. Quickly established 'spider' in the throes of parting company with the bowl drum contributing to the 'thumping' & noise, particularly evident when on the spin cycle. Explained that this is Manufacturers fault i.e. ionisation of 2 different metals,in this case zinc and stainless steel, which ultimately leads to corrosion and separation through fracturing. Appreciated my input, as to the cause and unfortunately need to replace."
