"Bruce was lovely as well as a repair superhero. As soon as he arrived he diagnosed what was causing a leak in my freezer (there was a walnut shell blocking the drain) and he fixed it immediately on the spot. From the beginning of our interaction he was very informative, communicated thoroughly and set clear expectations for possible scenarios. He was very fair on the cost of the job too.
