Replace LED Lamp in Fisher & Paykel Rangehood

Hiya, I tried to do this myself - the last technician here said it was easy. LOL. I've removed the rangehood filters and panel but can't get the LED Lamp (that has clearly blown) out of it's socket. The lamp in there now is a CNA Group Lampara LED Lamp GU-10 3.5w. Here's the link to the Fisher & Paykel site showing the exact model of lamp currently installed that needs replacing.
