Bruce came in on a Sunday to install my washing machine. I was expecting to wait until Tuesday/Wednesday so I'm more than satisfied with how quickly things got sorted. On top of that he ran it through testing cycles and took time to explain where to look for different appliances eg fridge, rangehood, oven etc to note down make & model etc to make their job easier figuring out what needs done and so on. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
