Freezer drawers not working

My two freezer drawers have completely defrosted but according to a meat thermometer it's sitting at 10 degrees, so still cold. The fridge section seems to be working fine. Fridge is about 8 years old haier hrf360bdg. I can't find it on Google it has fridge on top two freezer drawers in the middle and a bottom vegtable drawer
