Washing Machine - 5E Error

To whom it may concern, I have a Samsung Washing Machine that is currently stuck on the 5E setting (which I believe means it can't drain the water from the washer). I've checked the drain filter, and no block there - checked the drain hose, and that's clear too. I suspect it might be the drain pump? But not 100% sure. Could you give me a rough idea of the cost for repair please and when you would be available :) Thanks! B
