Job description
Parmco oven/stove (gas) Model: AR600LEG Fault description: Main Gas stove top element, not staying lit. Ignites flame from gas but once knob is released, it is not staying on. Identified as the Thermocouple. (Exact same issue was fixed in December 2017).

Simon from Onehunga Gas & Heating was good to deal with and explained what he would be doing to repair the issue. Unfortunately, unable to repair and made some recommendations. Costly for no repair but understandable due to call out and time etc. Overall, Simon was very professional and communicated well about the job. On time schedule and did what he intended, just was not worth the risk repairing.
