Rinnai VT26 Gas Leakage

We have a Rinnai VT26. Seems like there is gas leak for the Rinnai heater because every time we start the hot water, outside the house we can smell the LPG from the air outputting from the water heater. We have the concern as the smell is obvious sometimes the neighbor can smell it. Would you please help us have a look? Thanks a lot.
