Bosch Avantixx Dryer keeps stopping

My Bosch Avantixx Dryer keeps stopping mid cycle and the "Empty Condensate Container" light flashes continously. Despite always emptying it and pulling all removable pieces out to thoroughly clean, it keeps flashing and wet clothes are taking days to dry, as it will only run for a short time! Help!
