Repair my Haier HWMP 65-918 Top Loader Washing Machine

My Top Loader Washing Machine was filling up when the water suddenly stopped coming. The Panel is still on. The spin works and the Machine does empty itself but the Water hot or cold doesn't fill. If my cost is low please give me a quote including Parts if needed, Labor and GST. Thank you John
