Hi, we have a double door Samsung Fridge/Freezer that is not cooling. Returned after Easter break to hot fridge with puddles underneath - suspect power surge from power cuts has caused the issue. Require assessment ASAP in Birkdale, Auckland to either fix or confirm 'power surge' for insurance purposes. Model: SRS584NLS
