I’m reaching out to request a repair for my LG washing machine, which has been showing two error codes and causing issues with my laundry. The machine has displayed the following errors: • FE Error: This appears to be a “Fill Error,” indicating overfilling issues. The machine stops mid-cycle. • OE Error: This is a “Drain Error,” meaning the machine isn’t draining properly. There’s often water left in the tub after a cycle. Additionally, after recent washes, my white clothes have come out with dark, irregular stains, which I believe might be related to these errors—possibly due to poor rinsing, water stagnation, or debris in the drum. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting, like resetting the machine and cleaning the drain filter, but the errors persist, and the staining issue continues. I’d like to have a technician inspect the machine, particularly the water inlet valve, pressure switch, and drain pump, to diagnose and fix the problem. The machine is located at 33 Archers Road and I’m available for a visit any weekday after 11am. Please let me know your availability, estimated cost.
