Our Hoover condenser tumble still goes but after a couple of minutes it beeps and displays error code 15. I googled and saw it may be the heater and I don't think it was producing heat when I last tried it. Tried to re-set the fault as per google turn it off and wait - no change. It seems it's not a job I can undertake myself . Help please.
