Bosch dishwasher is dead - model SMS63M08AU/52

Hi i need to have the dishwasher failure diagnosed, I'm not sure if its the power board, or the user panel which has failed. i have used a multimeter after taking off the front panel. The dishwasher user panel does not light up. There is power going to the user panel board, however the board is dead. I cannot see any burnt out components on the pcb.
