Bosch washing machine not spin drying properly. Will only spin dry if very few items in the load but for full loads I need to break it down and put them through another spin only option. Model number below

Neil was very knowledgeable when it came to my washing machine problem. He identified the issue quickly. He then arranged a part and provided a quote for the full job. He had to return 2 days later once he had the part. Washing machine working fine now and cost as per agreed quote. Prompt and professional. I would recommend
