I am wanting to have a broken Insinkerator waste disposal unit, replaced . The old one is an E20, and I have already bought the new one. It is also an Insinkerator, a BW4 model.

"The unit proved to be faulty, so another one had to be bought. He had difficulty installing it, and it extended the time frame significantly. He wasn’t expecting to be paid extra for the extra time he spent, and he did go and get a new unit. He was pleasant to deal with."
