Upper oven stops working and starts beeping. If viable would like to fix

Over the past 2 weeks our upper oven stops working once it gets to temperature and starts beeping. The fan keeps running to expel the hot air like it normally would once its turned off. I suspect the likely issue is upper oven overheats and trips thermal cut-out. Cooling fan runs but likely low airflow. The lower oven still works with no issues. The sticker with the model number is now blank so un able to give precise model. It is a Fisher & Paykel Soft Touch which I think would be 20+ years old.
