Panasonic Washing Machine error U11 Unable to drain

Panasonic NA- --- kg Washing Machine (front loader) not completing a full cycle. Error occurs when it reaches the rinse & spin cycle & machine stops and gives the U11 error: Unable to drain. Also issue with door - need some force when closing door, not clipping shut properly.
