Samsung front loader washing machine repair

My Samsung front loader washing machine won't turn back on. It came up with an unbalanced error message that would not go away so I turned the machine off, now it won't turn back on, I have emptied it, unplugged it and nothing apart from 1 min after attempting to turn it off it makes the shut down sound.
