Fridge Repair

Fridge has stopped working. Is not freezing anything in freezer. is not cold in fridge. Needs assessment to see what the problem is & how much it will cost to fix. Would like this done asap. Happy to pay reasonable consultation fee. Fridge is located in ground floor flat. No stairs. LG fridge - express cool, multi air flow. About 9 years old.
