Made prompt contact, was able to come within the hour and was very courteous & friendly. Bruce not only fixed my washing machine but he gave me great advice for future care & also took time to look at another repair job. I will definitely call him again when need & recommend to others :)

"Jen's job was straightforward (which I had indicated when seeking to secure the job). Cleared drain pump blockage. Returned to test and tested ok. Asked to look at her dishwasher which another firm had but failed to communicate or complete. Undertook to seek required parts from Distributor and contact once price and availability details to hand. Jen was delightful to deal with and receptive to the advice provided.
