Fridge Repair

Have a westinghouse fridge/freezer model # BJ435V-L we bought 3 weeks ago with 1 month warranty from Auckland (we live in Kerepehi) Friday noticed fridge was warm (suspected thermostat) the freezer compartment is just getting colder and colder, seriously take the ice cream out and have to wait 20mins before you can even put a spoon into it to dish out. Now noticed over night that the motor ran all night long without cutting out. Spoke to the person whom we bought from and in his email said he will pay for repair (have copy of email) Need someone to help please thanks
