Dishwasher repair

Bell dishwasher tap warning symbol is blinking red. Checked water pipe in and drainage pipe already, doesn't appear blocked. Inside dishwasher also appears clear. Thinking maybe pump issue? Looking to get an estimate on price to inspect and replace circulation pump if this is the issue vs just buying a new one.
