Repairing, or replacing a leaking insinkerator

insinkerator starts to leak - it may have 3 tea spoons in stuck inside. hope to repair. I also have a separate job would like to consult a professional - wish to install a washing machine in my basement, which hasn't got proper pluming at the moment. would like to discuss options.
