When booking I did mention ESC cert, the lady on phone should have told b4 hand they don't provide, technician however did ask b4 he continued His communication was not great either as he should have shown me his license sticker b4 puting on appliances That very poor training as why would you stick on appliance if it blows up there no where to locate personnel, that's why sparky hand out ESC separately
