Electric stove assessment

Hi there, Looking for someone to fix my stove. I recently moved into my home and found that the 4 elements on the electric stove have a problem with the temperature control? They seem to operate at minimum or maximum temp, or a couple of them seem to go from low when you're simmering, to suddenly a rapid boil a couple mins later even when set on "low". I'd like an assessment on what to do from here, an estimate of a repair, or whether I should look at getting a whole new stove instead. Would also appreciate a look at the oven to see if all is working as it's meant to. Or, please someone who's able to fix it soon. Thank you!! Thanks for considering! :)
