Fisher and Paykel hob repair

We have an old fisher and paykel hob and the elements all sit at the max temperature it doesn’t turn up or down even when turning the dials. Needing someone to check it out to see if it could be repaired or if we just need to get a new hob and if so what it the cost to wire one in.
