Our fairly recent 7.5kg bubble wash Samsung front loader washing machine has technical problems.. The initial quantity of water goes through the soap compartment then feeds into the drum, but then the drum doesn't start turning and the rest of the water doesn't fill up either. Some cycles simply don't want to start as if it doesn't want to fill up with water even if the water valve is well turned on. The machine starts well every time you activate a cycle, it doesnt kick into gears and complete it.. It stops in the filling up with water stage. Might be a simple filter clean up or something more technical.
