Rosieres Paul Bocuse 120cm Range Cooker

We have a 120cm free standing oven like this --- / 1. The left oven is not getting to temperature and we suspect it is not heating from the bottom. 2. The oven lamp was replaced and blew very soon after replacing. Questions - 1 . Can the oven be repaired? 2. Alternatively can the carcass be retained and the oven inners be replaced - even if they are from a different manufacturer?
