Bosch Maxx Lifestyle Washing Machine not spinning

As above. I've tried turning it off etc. Last load of washing hadn't spun, I tried a spin cycle and it sounded like the pump started then nothing else and a minute or 2into a 15 minute cycle it showed as finished.
