Clothes dryer

looking for a quote to fix a clothes dryer. It’s just one that plugs into the wall we haven’t got it connected to a vent or anything. It was working fine for a while and then one day it stopped. It still turns on, all the buttons lights look as norma. You press the on button and it makes a static type of noise but doesn’t move/work.
