Freezer Repair

EUROCHILL 3 DOOR UNDERBENCH FREEZER. Our underbench freezer is not freezing it will come down in temperature from say 16 degrees but stops at -1 degrees , at a glance from the back panel it looks as though something may have come unplugged up not 100% sure where it goes back Into or it us even the reason , I've attached some photos
