HELP! Dishwasher won't start!

last Thursday I loaded the dishwasher and press power button like usual but it won’t start as if no power connected - except there is and I can confirm / have tested the socket on the wall has no problem. The last time I used dishwasher was the day before and every seemed fine, not sure what’s broken, can someone take a look and produce a damage report if possible? The dishwasher model is Tisira TDW12X . thanks, Joy

Easy to arrange the site visit, spent a decent amount of time on testing and examine the issue, although in the end dishwasher could not be saved, I did get a damage report explaining the issue so I decided to move on and replace it before investing further on the futile machine, thanks!
