Dishwasher service and clean

We moved into our home a couple of months ago. The dishwasher is a BOSCH Super Silence 42 dB, Series 8. The dishwasher has been working but we have found a round plastic, "spray head" lying on the floor of the dishwasher. The top drawer does not appear to be level. The dishwasher was not cleaned by the previous owners. We require someone who can:; a) replace the round plastic spray head b) check that all the moving parts are working c) check the top shelf is in the correct position d) clean the dishwasher We would also like advice on how the dishwasher should be normally cleaned and how we do this.
