Smeg dishwasher repairs needed

Dishwasher stopped working. It turns on and starts the cycle but seems to get stuck at some point. Result is that dishes aren't cleaned properly and the dish washer detergent is barely used every cycle. I have to start 5 or 6 cycles to use up all the detergent. Looks like some water pipe may be blocked. I've had a quick look inside and couldn't find anything that looked blocked. Best time for an appointment would be either evenings or sometime tomorrow as I'll be working from home. Brand: Smeg
