The insinkerator just stopped working. It was working the night before and went to use it the next night and there was absolutely nothing as if the power wasn’t even getting through.

Jack responded quickly, efficiently and effectively to my job request. He provided a holistic service even going so far as to vacuum up the mess he found under the sink and sending me a photo of what he found! He also identified other areas outside of the original request which were in need of repair which was great. He has a great sense of humour and we will definitely use him again.
