Bosch not cleaning the dishes
Job description
Dishes are coming out with baked on dirt, inside of machine is dirty. Under filter is a pool of dirty water. The soap dispenser doesn’t open and if it does the tablet doesn’t come out so my family have taken to putting the tablet in the bottom of the machine. (I just hand wash a the dishes myself). Had someone supposedly service it a couple of months ago. Don’t trust them at all to get them back to ‘fix’ it. Would be grateful for help soon!

Very helpful, prompt. Labour cost was capped which was helpful. I didn't take in that prices quoted were not including GST so I was a little caught out by that but now understand how it works! Neil seemed good at analysing what was the problem and finding the solution quickly.. He was also courteous and considerate and fitted in with my plans easily.
