Replace and repair stove

My tenant has a stove that needs to be replaced. They have an existing stove that works BUT the stove was left outside for a couple of days so I'm hoping it wasn't damaged by rain/water. The job requires the following - Remove the existing stove from the kitchen - Attach the new stove - Check that all parts of the stove are working including the oven - Repair two elements on the stovetop that are not working For the job to be complete all parts of the stove need to be working or we need to be told if the stove is beyond repair.
