Did not turn up for appointment, twice. Rang the trader but only picked up once. Supposed to turn up at 9 but trader (or his sub-contract) couldn't make it, I only found out when I managed to get a hold of the trader. Trader and I agreed on a new appointment later in the day at 4:30pm but still not showing up and cannot get a hold of the trader. Just got a phone call from your staff that he will be on his way later this evening (appointment at 4:30pm, and he rang at 4:48pm) Will update review
