Dryer not working

After 5 years our dryer has stopped working properly - it does not spin on a normal load and only able to spin on very light loads or on empty. Fisher& Paykel, 4kg aerodryer. Model Number: DE40F56A2. Am looking for someone to drop by and give us a no obligation quote and to know if it is easily fixable /worth fixing. Please let us know if there would be any cost of this quote/ call out fee etc...
