Samsung fridge leaking water – blocked drain

My Samsung bottom freezer fridge is leaking water inside the freezer and onto the floor. The internal defrost drain is blocked and needs to be cleared. Ice forms on the bottom of the freezer. The rear drain tube is connected correctly but the internal drain hole is not draining. I need a technician to unblock the defrost drain and check that water flows properly to the drain pan.
