F&P Washing Machine Not Filling With Water

Fisher & Paykel WH7560P1 front-loading washing machine.

The machine worked normally yesterday, but now will not fill with water on either hot or cold cycles.

It starts normally, the timer counts down, and there is a clicking/buzzing sound from the rear of the machine near the water inlet connections, but no water enters the drum.

Hot and cold water elsewhere in the house is working normally.

Looking for diagnosis and repair.

Availability:

Wednesday 3 June: home most of the day
Friday 5 June: home all day

Note: This was previously listed with a seized hot water isolation valve under the laundry sink, but that will be sorted separately. The current issue affects both hot and cold cycles, so I’m looking for diagnosis of the washing machine not filling.
