Our Westinghouse fridge freezer WBM4000SB-L tripped electricity every time it was plugged in. Recently delivered lying down and in light rain despite covered. Any chance to fix it and how much costs it would be? Thanks.

Showed up for job on time but receipt of report took too long. Decided not to fix the fridge because diagnosed too costly to us. So just paid for call-out fee.
